I can evaluate the accuracy and validity of websites. DLT. I know what is a good website. There is an enormous amount of information available online (at no other time in the history of the world has this much information been readily available). Most of us have access to this information, and we all need to know how to critically evaluate Web pages. Using the World Wide Web is like becoming a detective. You must learn to check out Web sites for clues that will tell you if the site is a good one, an O.K. one, or a poor one. Anyone can put a site on the Web, and it is not illegal to put incorrect information on the Web. A good detective will know how to look for clues to determine what type of site they are looking at.
